By accessing the platforms and services of the Human Rights Confederation (HRC), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our professional management systems, including the Axon platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our digital infrastructure.
HRC provides advocacy, legal enforcement, and digital rights protection services. Our member platforms function as independent entities under the HRC umbrella. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service without prior notice if a breach of professional ethics or legal standards is detected.
All content, branding, code (including Axon Ops management panels), and legal documentation on this site are the exclusive property of HRC and its affiliates.

HRC and its developer "Axon" shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems. We provide our platforms on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts in these regions.
We may revise these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
